Suggested use for sinusitis symptoms: 1 tsp steeped in netipot salt water for 10 mins, strain well, use tea in netipot.
Or, 1 tsp with 1 cup boiling water poured over in a bowl. Inhale steam with a towel over your head, creating a steam tent.
